Our quick long weekend trip to Chicago where we enjoyed the city, culture, and of course the famous deep dish pizza!
The start of our honeymoon!!! Edinburgh is by far my favorite big city i've every visited as it has such a history which you can feel all throughout the city!
St. Andrews was everything I expected and more. This quaint college town has such a history to it and of course is home to the most iconic golf course.
Our quick stop in Aviemore was supposed to be just a way to break up a long drive but turned out to be one of the neatest stays of our trip. We enjoyed great hospitality, ample selections of Scotch, and the ambiance of the house was something that can't be recreated. If you ever find yourself in Aviemore, stay at Tigh na Sgiath Country House Hotel, you will not be dissapointed.
There is not much more that I can say about the Isle of Skye other than it is home to some of the most breathtaking views of Scotland! Plus, the epic hike to the Old Man of Storr makes you feel like you're in a fantasy world.
It's an adventure to just get to the Outer Hebrides as the only way the get here is by ferry! But it was worth it! The highlight of the island are the standing stones that are over 5,000 years old, which standing next to something like that makes you wonder why they were placed there in the first place. Truly magical!
Niagra Falls is a must see! It's hard to imagine the true scale of the falls unless you see them up close on the Maid of the Mist.
